AgentBase provides a results-only sales agent recruitment service. We take on all the effort and cost of promoting your agency opportunity to sales agents. Then we provide candidates for you to interview. You pay a nominal fee for qualified introductions to sales agents, then a further fee for any agents that you actually recruit.
We provide candidates for you to interview, and take on if you want. They will all have been given detailed information about your company, your products/services and the agency opportunity. They will all have been screened for suitabaility; and they will all have agreed to have their details forwarded to you for further consideration. This is guaranteed. There is a nominal fee for this which is typically about 10% of the overall recruitment fee.
After the initial introductions to sales agents (see above), you will be in direct contact with relevant, interested sales agents. It is now up to you to select or reject candidates. How you do this is up to you. For example you might interview them, either face to face or by phone. If you subsequently decide to take any on, we charge another fee. If you do not take an agent on there is no further fee. We charge a fee if, and only if, you decide to actually recruit an agent.
OUR GUARANTEE
AgentBase will only charge where there is a successful outcome. i.e. qualified introductions to agents that fit your criteria, or actual agents recruited. There is no risk to you. There is no advance payment (other than a fully refundable commitment deposit). We will refund or replace introduction fees where the agent is shown not to fit the agreed qualification criteria.

- We take the brief from you. What is the profile of the agents you are looking for? What are you offering them? etc. We will work with you to make your package as attractive as possible. And we agree on the qualification criteria: i.e. exactly what you are prepared to pay for.
- We agree our fees with you. The fee we propose will vary depending on various considerations such as how many agents you are looking for, and the package you are offering them, etc. This will all be discussed and agreed in advance. There are 2 elements to our quote: there is an initial nominal fee for a qualified introduction to a sales agent; then there is a further fee payable if you decide to take the agent on.
- There is an initial deposit. This is fully or partly refundable in the even we fail to introduce agents up to the value of the deposit.
- We promote your agency opportunity to professional sales agents. AgentBase have the UK's most extensive contact base of many thousands of agents. We will use all the powerful tools at our disposal: advertising, mailshots, emailshots, networking and headhunting as appropriate and necessary. All agents will be given detailed information about your company, products/services, and the agency package on offer.
- We screen candidates. All applicants will be screened against the agreed criteria.
- We submit suitable agents. All agents that we submit will have been screened to ensure that their profile matches your requirements. Furthermore they will all have expressed a desire to take matters further directly with you, and given us permission to pass their details to you.
- If we fail to put suitable candidates to you we refund your deposit.
- You interview the candidates and appoint them only if you want to.
- If you take an agent on, you pay us a fee.
- If we fail to put suitable candidates to you, or you don't take on any agents after interviewing them, there is no additional fee.
